The collapse of the Grandstand stage at the Indiana State Fair last weekend has claimed the life of a sixth person.

According to reports, 22-year-old Jennifer Haskell died Friday morning from the injuries she sustained when the stage unexpectedly collapsed August 13.

Five other people died last Saturday night and early Sunday morning after a large gust of wind toppled the stage just before the main act, “Sugarland” took the stage.

Several in the crowd rushed to help get the beams off of the concertgoers and were able to free some of them. Dozens were treated at local hospitals for injuries sustained in the incident.
