Indiana officials are investigating an explosion at a northern Indiana fertilizer distribution plant that injured four people, leaving one in critical condition and two in serious condition.
According to reports, the four were injured when a tank exploded during welding Monday at T& T Fertilizer and Southwest Welding in Goshen, Indiana. The explosion caused approximately 2,000 gallons of ammonia to leak from the tank as well.
A fourth person was treated and released.
