Tuesday, October 16 2012 11:46 AM ARCADIA INDIANA- 2 medical helicopters and multiple ground ambulances responded to crash, which is east of Arcadia at State Road 213 and 266th St. Police say the crash was reported just after 8:00 p.m. when two cars collided at the intersection. Investigators say a car heading west on 266th St. failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a car going north on State Road 213. The westbound car flipped several times and ended up in a corn field. Police say the woman driving that car was killed. A passenger in her car was taken to St. Vincent Hospital. The woman driving the other car was taken to Methodist Hospital
